Vincenza Sera

Director

Vincenza Sera is Chair of the Board. She has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance and corporate governance having held senior positions with National Bank Financial, First Marathon Securities and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Director of Trustees of Dream Industrial REIT, on the Board of Directors of DREAM Unlimited Corp. where she is Chair of the Governance, Environmental and Nominating Committee, and on the Board of Investment Management Corporation (IMCO) where she serves as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Previously she served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Pension Plan. Ms. Sera holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors with the ICD.D designation.
